Thank you for your visit. Before showing you the content of this Web site, I would like to take the opportunity to give my thanks to my Teacher Master Pan, who had lead me into this beautiful world of Taichi that I would never pay him back. Also my wife Angela, for her encouragement and assistant on preparing contents for this project, experiment with me to bring forward the best content here for you.

Mission Statement

My initiation of creating this web site is that in my own experience: It is very difficult to be successful in Taichi learning. The barriers are as follow:

1. It is difficult to find a good teacher, who is successful himself, willing and be able to describing the how and why to his student.
2. It is difficult for a student to commit himself with his time in a fixed scheduled class, if there is any, over a long period of time.
3. Teaching material are memorized by student through limited time spent with his instructor. Only fraction of material could be correctly recalled after a period of time.
4. It is hard for school to provide enough material for reference, such as the translation of classic documentation etc.

Fortunately, today we have the internet as our communication tools, there are good mailing lists such as Nei Jia list and taichiquen list that people use to share their idea. Also there are good web site that discuss and posting materials so available for the student.

Happy to be part of this new communication era, I have committed myself in preparing Taichi material over the internet since 1996. Since then, a lot of visitor who visited my site and asked if it is possible to learn Taichi through the internet. This question is really a challenge. Not only the ever changing technology is difficult to catch up, but also the preparation of the proper contents are hard to be perfectly arranged.

Here, with the old form classes 1 to 71 provided free, with narrating as clear as possible. I hope you can enjoy the benefit from Taichi and share the same satisfaction I have had.
