Class 13 - 1st Gathering Circle

Class Introduction

In "First Gathering" you should collect both arm closer together then shift weight back into the rear leg. Be aware, it is 'NOT' drawing palms closer to your torso, but your torso moves backward. At the very end, you need to land your weight on the sitting leg so that you still maintain the capability to move forward again.

Instruction Level: Static

This move can be divided into two parts, forwarding and backward. In forwarding, two palms draw a small vertical circle, then reach forward pushed by torso. At the end of forwarding, weight sit into front leg. Torso starts to move back. Both palm draw vertical circle from upside down. Weight sit into rear leg.
