Class 25 - Twist Shoulder Strike II

Class Introduction

This is a difficult move. You are doing several body adjustments in one instance. The first one is the leg adjustment for translation torso moves from right or left. Second is the rotation of torso. 3rd is the arms, one to the back and the other to the side. Notice spine is the imaginary torso center axis in rotation, the arms that are pushed and dragged by torso through shoulder connection.

Instruction Level: Static

waist is the base of your torso, sitting on top of both hip joints. It should be always coordinate with leg's power that drive the upper body's movement. Sometimes, the intension and the coming path of torso movement end with a little inclined angle offset from vertical line. That should be ok if the basic principle mentioned above is not violated.
