Class Introduction

Straighten arm can reach far. Yet, it is not always the case. In push hand, when two sides in closing distance, four arms always tangle together. The mistake at those situations is loosing shoulder joint's integrity. This move suggests the correct movement: Use small circle to avoid resisting pressure. At the end of rotation concentrate your energy in your left elbow with forearm straighten up. Simultaneously, legs finish circle and advance forward.
