Class 40 - R&L Dash

Class Introduction
I like these side dashes, it test the balance of the kicking leg and the opposite punching fist. However, you should start with much slower speed until you can easily maintain your balance. Don't ever forget the natural feeling and relaxation that are required in Taichi, even in this move.
