Class 54 - Little grasp and hit & Push the mountain

Class Introduction

After the punch, your right fist got hold by your opponent. That is now you use the "Little grasp and hit", to break control from your opponent and appoach to his abdomen in one move. So, still the foot work. Must be fast and light. Break the holding from your back, turn around, strick with both palms toward the chest.
