Class 66 - Dragon craw

Class Introduction

To start this class, let me assume that you have already step by step went through the previous classes 1 to 66. Otherwise, don't do it! Your legs will not be strong enough. That will cause either tense all over, or muscle pain. Go back to the previous class. If you are ready, then let's do it slowly, from a higher stand (you don't need to go so low, just do the movement correctly first.) and stop if you don't feel comfortable.

Instruction Level: Static

circle your arms while shifting your weight back while going into thesquating postion, then when your arms are facing the line of direction, you shift you weight forward with the intention at the leading fist.
