Class Introduction

The upper body ring have to hold complete, the distance between palms should be kept constant. You turn to your left side, passing through the lower half of the cycle. Then you come back with the upper half of the cycle with an inside out extension Ni. At the end, you sit into the left leg, use torso press both palms downward.

Instruction Level: Static

The differences of this move from the class 3 is your move will ended at weight on your right leg, facing 80% forward and 20% right. At this point your palms are 50% facing forward, 50% downward. Left toe point toward ground at the side of right foot, shoulder width. Open up thighs at hip joints, keep knees pointing not over 45 degree outward.
