Class 9 - Single whip

Class Introduction

Right hand stretch to your right then step to the left with left half of body stretch and open. The upper body ring is wide extended. Keep all the joints supporting each other from feet to the opposite palm. At the end, relax all the ligaments that could be relax. Exhale. There are totally 7 Single whip in the old form.
