Theory

Master Pan used to tell us, "First let it in your heart (Conscious mind), then apply through your body (Subconscious reflex)." This is the approach to build the circles of Taichi into ourselves. Until one day we succeed, the movements we make will be in perfect harmony and balance.

However, what is the concepts that we should built into our heart (Conscious mind)?

In my interpretation they should be a series of physical principles and description of training requirements, that put restrains on our random joints movement. So that the joints can work together. That perform a consistnt response to the varying occurrence. These series of consistent reflex then demonstrate the beauty and power of Taichi theory.

I divide these theories into three groups: general theories, design of Jing and training principles. The general theory setup the main rules for Taichi. Which is the sense of the fluctuation happening in our surrounding and within ourselves. The design of jing describe the basic physics that make Taichi superior among all kinds of martial art. Thirdly, Training principles tell how to achieve that goal, the perfect harmony and balance.
