Health Benefit

Health is something that I have absolutly no control of. Luckily, with Taichi, I can have an exercise in my late forties for one. And, it is fun and lots of area to refine with for two. Also, with the slow pace but dynamic stretching, there are numerous morning cramp goes away just by thirty minutes practice.

A set of cannon fist or small form normally will bring my heart bit to 160 bps. Sometimes a set of routine just at a 10 minutes break in the middle of day also make it very enjoyable.

My blood pressure is around 107, 80? Can't remember, yet it seems still working so far.

I found out the most benefit Taichi bring to me is that the fluency and homogenous feeling through out, except for some instances I stuffed my stomach too much.

I am not sure this is such a benefit for others, but I certainly hope everyone can free from pain.

In the following sections I will try to write some of my own experience, not scientific at all for your reference.
